Generally used for marketing purposes, but once a CAD plan of a commercial property has been drawn up it can then be used for many other purposes: space planning, fire risk assessment plan, Lease Plan etc.

LAND REGISTRY COMPLIANT LEASE PLANS
On October 13th 2003 new laws were implemented which make it necessary for all leases granted for 7 years or more to be registered with the Land Registry. The law also applies to existing leases sold or assigned with 7 or more years to run. Part of the lease application requires a Land Registry compliant plan to be produced and submitted.
CPA and Associates Limited are now able to offer Land Registry Compliant and Lease Plans.

Our plans start from £150. Our charges are dependent on time spent, travel time and the provision of an Ordnance Survey plan where required. We will discuss your requirement with you fully to establish the nature of the plans required and the level of detail needed for the project.
